Network Evaluation

GDAR commissioned two independent evaluations of the GDAR Network by the Institute of Development Studies (IDS), University of Sussex. The first was conducted between February and July 2020 and the second rolling evaluation between June 2024 and July 2025

The overall aim of these evaluations was to provide a critical independent review of the GDAR network. The evaluation set out to explore views and experiences on what has worked well and what could work better in the network.
